How you can help

There are many ways people can help Friends of Russian Orphans carry out its mission.

 
We believe the most important contribution anyone can make is the gift of prayer. To assist in this way, you may use the Friends of Russian Orphans prayer guide, found by clicking here.

Financial contributions are essential to sustain the work of Friends of Russian Orphans. You may make a donation on-line by clicking on the Donate Now icon found in the lower left corner of every page. You may also mail a contribution, at the address noted on the Contact Us page. Financial assistance can also be provided when you attend a fundraising event sponsored by Friends of Russian Orphans, such as our “Evening for the Angels”. These major events are conducted every other year.  If you, your employer, or your organization would like to help underwrite the next "Evening for the Angels," click here.

By utilizing the Friends of Russian Orphans Travel Web Site, you can turn your vacation dollars into donations without spending anything more than you would otherwise have spent to book travel on line.  Click on the FORO Travel page to learn more. 

 

You can also help broaden Friends of Russian Orphans' base of financial support by arranging an opportunity for Friends of Russian Orphans representatives to make a presentation at your church or organization, and by introducing others to the organization. We welcome annual support from churches mission budgets.

Friends of Russian Orphans welcomes the opportunity to submit grant applications to appropriate organizations that may be interested in underwriting certain of our projects and programs. If you are aware of such opportunities, contact us by e-mail.

  
Consider naming Friends of Russian Orphans as a beneficiary as you prepare your estate planning documents. Making a donation to Friends of Russian Orphans also is a lovely and meaningful alternative gift or memorial. The recipient or family will be provided a card acknowledging your gift which includes information about Friends of Russian Orphans.

 
In exchange for a financial gift, Friends of Russian Orphans also can make available two beautiful CDs of Christian music recorded especially for Friends of Russian Orphans by Board member Mike Jenkins, and packages of notecards created from artwork presented to FORO representatives by the orphans themselves.
